Strategic Outcome and Program Activity Architecture (PAA) This graphic provides a description of the strategic outcome guiding PWGSC in the effective pursuit of its mandate. Our Strategic Outcome is “High quality, central programs and services that ensure sound stewardship on behalf of Canadians and meet the program needs of federal institutions.” Our program activities are: Acquisitions; Accommodation and Real Property Assets Management; Receiver General for Canada; Information Technology Infrastructure Services; Procurement Ombudsman; Federal Pay and Pension Administration; Linguistic Management and Services; Specialized Programs and Services; and, Internal Services. Although it is a program activity of PWGSC, the Office of the Procurement Ombudsman is required to operate in an impartial and independent manner.
