This diagram depicts the organizational roles involved in Manage Travel, which are grouped in four categories:
- Requirements Framework;
- Financial Management;
- Central Services; and
- Travel Administration.
The Requirements Framework category has four organizational roles:
- Office of the Comptroller General - Financial Management Sector;
- Deputy head;
- National Joint Council; and
- Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer.
The Financial Management category has three organizational roles:
- Corporate finance;
- Financial services; and
- Responsibility centre manager.
The Central Services category has two organizational roles:
- Shared Travel Services; and
- Receiver General - Banking and Cash Management Sector.
The Travel Administration category has four organizational roles:
- Employee;
- Traveller;
- Departmental travel card coordinator; and
- Designated departmental travel coordinator.
