The 2014 Guidance for the Preparation of TB Submissions includes a revised submission form, the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, enhanced guidance on costing, tools for submission writers and new service standards for submissions. Departments and agencies have until April 1, 2014, to fully implement the updated guidance.
However, as communicated in the Guideline on Chief Financial Officer Attestation for Cabinet Submissions, a CFO Attestation letter must be annexed to all submissions that have financial implications, effective January 1, 2014.

Of this amount, $2,610,000 in 2007‑2008 and $6,243,500 in 2008‑2009,and $35,821,000 in 2009‑2010 are funded from existing reference levels. New funding of $17,390,000 in 2007‑2008, $23,756,500 in 2008‑2009 and $56,529,500 in 2009‑2010, and $2,649,500 in 2010‑2011 and $2,449,500 in 2011‑2012 and ongoing including employee benefit plans and accommodation premiums, are sourced from the Fiscal Framework. |

Project Background/Description 1. The project was announced on September 15th, 2003, by John Smith, then Minister of Golf Course Canada and Minister responsible for Canadian Tourism, together with New Topia Premier Richard Mathew and Craig Andrews, President and CEO of Airam Golf Courses Inc.. |
