What you'll receive
Every 2 months, important general information about your pay and your pension and benefits plans will be sent directly to your email. This could include notification about:
- benefits plans updates
- changes to contribution rates
- updated indexation rates
- tax slip availability
Note: Your personal information will never be included in these emails.
How to subscribe
To subscribe, complete these steps:
- Step 1: Complete the subscription form below.
- Step 2: Confirm your subscription by following the steps in the confirmation email that you'll receive after completing the subscription form. (Remember to check your "junk/spam" folders.)
Once you have completed the 2 steps above, you can expect to receive the next edition of the email notifications.
Personal information that you provide is protected under the federal Privacy Act.

Our email notification system is owned by the Employee Relations and Total Compensation Sector of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Subscription is voluntary and allows participants to receive information by email on their pay and public service pension and benefit plans. When you subscribe, your email address, language preference (English or French), employment status, topics of interest are collected. No other personal information is collected. You may opt out of future communications at any time
The collection and use of your personal information by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat is authorized by the Financial Administration Act. Collection and use of your personal information for this site is in accordance with the federal Privacy Act. Your personal information may be used to respond to any enquiries you send in response to email communication received, and, if applicable, to help evaluate the effectiveness of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat programs in responding to client needs.
