The claim application process for Compensation under the Bouchard Class Action Settlement Agreement is open for a 6-month period only, from April 24, 2025, 12:00 p.m. ET to October 24, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PT. You can submit a claim if you meet the eligibility criteria for compensation and you are or were employed:
- on a casual basis
- as a student
- on a term of less than three months
- on a part-time basis (not ordinarily required to work more than a third of the normal period for persons doing similar work)
- as a person appointed by the Governor in Council under an Act of Parliament to a statutory position described in that Act.
