The PSC plans to update its rolling Five-Year Internal Evaluation Plan to take into consideration emerging issues and priorities and also to show progress towards increased evaluation coverage. Once approved, the Plan will be strategically integrated into the organization's overall management activities and will support decision-making with the generation of timely, strategically
focussed, objective and evidence-based information on the performance of PSC's policies, programs and initiatives as an organization. Proposed evaluation studies include Second Language Assessment, the PSC commitment to building a model organization in HR, the Recruitment and Assessment Services Transformation and Communications and Parliamentary Affairs.
