Research and Practice

Research & Practice focuses on providing advice and guidance to GC organizations based on research and analysis of best practices in IM and enterprise information architecture.

Key activities of Research and Practice include:

• Coordinating the development and evolution of Enterprise Information Architecture, including GC EIA services, principles, methods, standards and processes within the context of GC Enterprise Architecture (EA).
• Developing and sustaining the GC IM Services Profile and supporting information in collaboration with departments in order to support ORO organizational design, competency profiles, and the development of KPIs and costing models
• Conducting research and best practice analysis to support the development of costing models, performance indicators, etc.
